About the role

NNE is modernizing its ERP landscape to create a scalable global platform supporting finance, project management, resource management, project cost management, and procurement. As a Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and continuously improving our D365 Finance platform. Working closely with finance stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external partners, you will translate business requirements into robust and scalable solutions. You will also advise on best-practice use of the F&O platform and help ensure processes are aligned with standard functionality.

You will join a team driving the transition from a fragmented application landscape to a unified Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring stability, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting future business growth

How you might spend your days As a Senior F&O Finance Functional Consultant, you’ll be:

• Using your finance expertise in investigate bug and changes raised
• Conducting, and documenting, root cause analyses for complex financial cases, and provide clear solutions to identified issues and problems
• Advising and supporting subject matter experts and process owners on financial flows within F&O
• Collaborating with vendors and partners to identify the best possible solutions
• Identifying and driving automation initiatives and AI-enabled improvements, and platform optimization, while also participating in ongoing operational activities
• Working with the entire project team to support the successful implementation and continued operation of NNE of Dynamics 365 platform
• Coaching and training more junior colleagues in F&O

What you bring to the role In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

• Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or any other relevant combination
• Experience (2-4 years) from Dynamics365 Finance & Operations implementations and operation in corporate settings, from a consultancy role or internal project member role
• Hands-on proficient in F&O financial flows, business mapping, configurations and second-level problem solving
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, and confidence working across business and technical stakeholders
• A strong finance background combined with solid practical platform experience
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
