A 34m sailing yacht is seeking a Rotational Engineer to join a long-established private programme in October. The yacht has had the same permanent Engineer for many years and is now introducing a 2:2 rotation.
The yacht is currently in the Mediterranean and will cross to the Caribbean in early January, returning to the Mediterranean for summer 2027.
The successful candidate will initially join for a three-month handover period, working alongside the current Engineer from October. They will then begin their first two-month rotation with the Atlantic crossing in January.
Seeking an experienced sailor and hands-on Engineer who is self-motivated, practical and happy to work as part of a close-knit team. The main engine is 305kW. Alongside strong sailing and engineering skills they are seeking someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support the interior team when required.
