We are looking for an Accounting Auditor
CONTEXT
In this role, you will join a Finance / Accounting Control environment, overseeing the quality and effectiveness of accounting controls across different regions and entities.
You will work closely with Regional Finance teams, auditors, regulators, and governance bodies.
MAIN MISSION
To ensure the effectiveness of the accounting control framework, monitor identified deficiencies and risks, and support compliance with Group control standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the implementation of the Group Accounting Control Plan.
- Review accounting control frameworks across regions and entities.
- Identify control deficiencies and prepare reports for Senior Management.
- Perform LOD2 controls on Head Office teams.
- Review accounting certifications and related control processes.
- Monitor recommendations from Internal Audit, regulators, and external auditors.
- Follow up on operational risk incidents and remediation plans.
- Participate in Internal Control and Financial Risk Committees.
- Maintain strong communication with Regional Finance teams and stakeholders.
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting Control, Finance, Audit, or a similar area.
- Strong accounting expertise.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify issues and communicate action plans clearly.
- Excellent level of English.
