At PALFINGER MARINE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, we are seeking a highly motivated Spares Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our regional operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position reports directly to the Regional Spares Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in understanding customer needs and requirements, providing technical expertise and solutions to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with sales managers and engineers to promote products effectively and achieve sales targets.

Deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase product features, advantages, and benefits, assisting in the sales process and building strong customer relationships.

Maintain professional relationships with customers and partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of technical inquiries and issues.

Provide key technical information to relevant internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales activities and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

Collaborate with automotive suppliers and other technical resources to gather insights and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating relevant information into sales strategies.

Monitor processes and performance metrics related to sales activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the optimization of sales processes and outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3-5 years of experience but may not be exclusively limited to this range.

Knowledge of Marine/Service industries.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

Adaptability and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic working environment.

Strong commitment to teamwork, and overall team success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on davits, winches, HPU units, cylinders, and related equipment
• Diagnose and correct complex hydraulic issues
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and control-system malfunctions
• Conduct onboard service assignments worldwide, including dry docks, ports, and offshore sites
• Contribution to further building up business in the regions YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed secondary vocational education (technical direction) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Relevant field service experience in marine or industrial equipment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, including fault finding in hydraulic circuits
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault-finding in electric circuits and basic PLC knowledge
• Safety awareness, as well as a high willingness to travel worldwide WE OFFER
