Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management business. The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The Facilities Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the team.
What You'll DoDeliver outstanding service to on-site clients and stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded
Support the management and oversight of contractors and vendors to maintain high standards of work quality and service delivery
Assist with procurement activities, including vendor selection and ongoing performance monitoring
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and building standards
Manage purchase orders accurately in JLL systems and support financial processes to maintain budget control and reporting accuracy
Maintain premises in excellent condition, implementing best practice operations and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement
Contribute to risk management initiatives, including business continuity planning and incident reporting procedures
Support the delivery of regular reporting packages and ensure all key performance indicators and service level agreements are met
What We're Looking ForBackground in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related operational field
Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities operations, and vendor management practices
Technical awareness of building systems such as HVAC, chillers, fire protection, electrical and mechanical systems, or building management systems
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions in dynamic environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, team members, and external vendors
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets
Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Collaborative team player with a client-first approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
