Your role

Lead the definition, standardization and evolution of Production and Quality processes, acting as a strategic reference between business and IT, and driving digital transformation through SAP (PP/QM) and MES systems, ensuring operational excellence and competitive advantage.

You will be responsaible for:

• Define and govern the end-to-end Production and Quality process architecture.
• Act as a functional reference and main interlocutor with related Key Users.
• Lead the definition and execution of improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure alignment between processes, SAP (PP/QM) and MES solutions (Mapex, IntTec).
• Ensure robust integration between SAP (PP/QM) and MES (Mapex, IntTec).
• Promote corporate standards, best practices and process governance.
• Guarantee data quality and traceability throughout the production cycle.
• Promote organizational change and the adoption of new tools ans processes, focused on continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities.
• Manage changes (change management) and ensure user adoption.
• Mentor Key Users and more junior profiles in the IT area.
• Define and monitor strategic KPIs.

What do we look for?

You will rock at this role if you meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial environments (preferably metallurgical).
• Extensive experience in SAP PP and QM (implementation and/or rollout preojects).
• Knowledge or experience with MES systems (ideally Mapex and/or IntTec).
• Experience in project management (waterfall or agile methodologies).
• In-depth knowledge of production processes: planning, execution, qualitu control, traceability.
• Capacity for process analysis and continuous improvement.
• Good level of English (multinational environment).
• Valuable experience in digital transformation or S/4HANA environments.
