What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Manager within our Plugsurfing division. This position falls under our International Vehicles Payments line of business and is located in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will own and drive a portfolio of customer-facing products and platform capabilities, helping shape the future of electric mobility by delivering seamless EV charging experiences for drivers, fleets, automotive companies, and business partners. You will report directly to the Head of Product and regularly collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, and fellow Product Managers.

Role Responsibilities
- Owning and shaping the product roadmap while balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and product strategy
- Collaborating with automotive manufacturers, EMPs, fleet solution providers, and other internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs
- Translating customer problems, business opportunities, and technical requirements into user stories, product specifications, and prioritized backlogs
- Partnering with Engineering Managers, software engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to delivering high-quality product features from discovery through launch
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Success teams to aligning product initiatives across the organization
- Supporting go-to-market activities by preparing product communications, internal enablement materials, rollout plans, and customer-facing documentation
- Leveraging AI tools to analyzing customer data, accelerating product discovery, generating requirements, prototyping solutions, and improving delivery efficiency
- Defining, tracking, and improving key product performance metrics, including adoption, conversion, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, and operational efficiency
- Prioritizing product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical considerations
- Continuously identifying opportunities for product improvements, innovation, and enhanced customer experiences
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within SaaS, platform products, APIs, mobility, fintech, automotive, or e-mobility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to working effectively alongside engineering teams and discussing technical trade-offs
- Experience managing APIs, platform products, or highly technical software products
- Demonstrated experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout product discovery and delivery
- Proven ability to defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, prioritizing work, and delivering customer-focused solutions
- Experience using AI tools as part of the product management workflow to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- German language skills are advantageous but not required

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is €79000 - 100000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process
