Your responsibilities:
Coordinating projects related to the development of assembled products and components (from the prototype phase to mass production)
? Evaluating internal project specifications
? Monitoring and controlling project progress, including risk management and project changes
? Managing project requirements and changes
? Analyzing results with the project team
? Developing action plans and project schedules, including resource allocation plans
? Organizing meetings and training sessions for the project team
? Preparing project reports and documents, as well as presentations for both internal and external use (reporting project status to Headquarters)
Our requirements
? Engineer/Master degree in engineering, technical
? Experience in project management and/or component development
? English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (required). Knowledge of German is a plus.
? Strong communication skills
? Ability to collaborate with various departments within the group (Quality, Logistics, Engineer-ing, IT, Production, Product Development Center).
? Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
? Attention to quality and timeliness.
? Driver?s license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally to the Czech Republic/German
