Do you want to lead the growth of video across EMEA?
We are looking for a commercially strong and strategic leader to accelerate our Video business across EMEA and establish it as a key growth engine for the region.
As Head of Video Sales EMEA, you will lead the regional Video sales organization across South, Central, and North, as well as the TSC team across EMEA.
You will be responsible for revenue, pipeline, execution, and partner growth, working closely with regional sales leadership, global GTM, marketing, technical teams, and the Video Business Unit.

This role reports to the SVP Global Channel & Sales Operations .
What you will be doing
You will define and drive the EMEA go-to-market strategy for Video, ensuring strong execution across markets and alignment with global priorities. You will lead and develop a high-performing regional team, create focus around revenue and pipeline delivery, and strengthen our partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and global stakeholders to turn strategy into commercial results and customer impact.
What you bring
You bring strong commercial leadership experience from the video, AV, or UC&C industry, along with a proven track record of building business, creating pipelines, and delivering revenue growth. You understand the partner landscape and know how to grow business through channel partners, integrators, and strategic alliances. You are comfortable working across a matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading teams through clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience from the video, AV, or UC&C industry
- Strong experience driving new business, pipeline creation, and revenue growth
- Solid understanding of strategic partners such as Microsoft and Zoom ecosystems
- Experience working with channel partners, integrators, and reseller networks
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset combined with good technical understanding
- Experience navigating a global, matrixed organization

Location & Travel
The role is flexible within EMEA and ideally based in a major GN hub. Up to 50% travel across the EMEA region should be expected.
