Fullstack Developer

In this role, you will contribute to the development of web-based applications supporting a loyalty program for Lufthansa Group’s corporate and business customers. You will work in an agile, cross-functional team and contribute to the development of software solutions from initial concepts through to production.

Who are you?

Your profile:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring and React/JavaScript.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1).

What do we welcome?

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with agentic development or AI-assisted software engineering.
• Experience in the aviation or airline industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain web applications supporting Lufthansa Group’s loyalty program.
• Build and enhance backend services using Java/Spring and frontend applications using React/JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
• Implement and integrate APIs, business logic, and user-facing features.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment and release activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions.
• Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted development solutions where applicable.

  • Senior position 12 000 - 22 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
  • Standard position 9 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
