Position Summary
Provide analytical and operational support across CRM initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the execution of acquisition campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives across different markets and channels, ensuring their correct implementation from briefing through to the setup of the different acquisition touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns, preparing regular performance reports, identifying trends, deviations and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to optimize results.
- Support the forecasting of monthly database growth, as well as the planning, monitoring and analysis of the acquisition budget.
- Provide analytical support across the CRM team by extracting and analyzing data from different channels and initiatives, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement to support decision-making.
- Analyze the results of A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives, documenting learnings and proposing new optimization hypotheses.
- Ensure data quality and reliability by validating the correct implementation of tracking and investigating issues and discrepancies across different data sources (CRM, GA4, BigQuery and reporting tools) in coordination with technical teams.
- Identify and propose improvements to CRM reporting systems and tools, as well as collaborate in defining new KPIs and measurement requirements.
- Work closely with the Content, CRM, Legal, Data and Technology teams to ensure the correct execution and measurement of campaigns.
Requirements.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, Data/Analytics or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing or marketing analytics.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot or similar.
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets and ability to analyze performance metrics and draw conclusions. Experience with data visualization tools and knowledge of SQL will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage different priorities and meet established deadlines.
- Interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis and process optimization.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to make decisions based on performance metrics and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
