Requirements

• You’re a solid full-stack developer with 5+ years of shipping real products.
• You’ve built and deployed web applications end-to-end (frontend + backend + database + Azure cloud + API integrations).
• You’re comfortable with relational databases and take schema changes seriously.
• You use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator.
• You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong.
• You ship working software, not plans to ship software.
• You ask questions early and document what you build.
• You maintain the products you built.
