CEO Office – Strategic Project Manager**

The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.

ROLE:

Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues facing the company across departments;
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure organizational initiatives align with strategic goals;
Produce data-based insights for strategy formulation;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently;
Contribute to the company’s overall strategic planning and business direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or corporate strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve challenging problems;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously.
