Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Poland. You will help customers, answer their questions and make sure they receive a positive experience.
Your responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by email, phone and chat
- Help customers with orders, payments and basic account issues
- Provide clear and friendly information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and find suitable solutions
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Update customer information in our system
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Polish language skills are an advantage
- Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
