About the Role

As a CBRE BSO Project Manager, you will play an important role in managing key projects. You will be part of the Project Management team, which is dedicated to overseeing and delivering strategic initiatives that drive success within CBRE BSO.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end project management for an AI-enabled business process transformation pod, applying the established program delivery methodology and governance framework.

Drive rigorous risk, issue, dependency and action management, proactively identifying delivery challenges, escalating where required and driving mitigation to closure.

Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams across Business, D&T, Compliance, Finance and other enabling functions to maintain alignment and delivery

Deliver high-quality project reporting across multiple governance levels, translating detailed project information into clear, concise and decision-oriented updates.

Prepare and present project status, milestones, risks, dependencies and decisions to senior stakeholders and Steering Committees, adapting the level of detail to the audience.

Apply strong analytical skills to assess project health, identify trends and dependencies, challenge inputs where appropriate and provide a fact-based view of delivery status.

Partner closely with the wider program Business Transformation Office to ensure consistent project management standards, reporting and governance across the broader AI transformation program.

What You’ll Need

At least 3-5 experience in PM activities such as RAID Management, Planning and Scheduling, Reporting, and Project Governance

Very good command of English.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Adaptability and confidence to navigate complex scenarios and engage effectively in high-level discussions with stakeholders.

Reporting and scheduling skills.

Organizational, Time Management and Presentation Skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
