Your Job As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing operations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze equipment failures, and implement sustainable solutions that reduce downtime, improve productivity, and support operational excellence across the production environment.
Our Team
You will join a collaborative Maintenance organization working closely with Maintenance Technicians, Automation Specialists, Production Teams, and Technical Stores. Together, we focus on improving equipment reliability, minimizing production interruptions, and creating long-term value through operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Lead root cause analysis activities and implement corrective actions that improve machine reliability and reduce recurring failures
- Partner with production and maintenance teams to increase equipment availability and manufacturing performance
- Drive improvements in MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) within your assigned production area
- Support equipment commissioning, acceptance activities, and transition to full-scale production
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies that improve asset performance and reduce downtime
- Utilize CMMS tools to plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities and resource utilization
- Manage technical modifications and maintenance-related budgets to ensure effective and sustainable solutions
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience troubleshooting and modifying PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Experience working with CMMS systems in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and electrical diagnostics
- Experience configuring or supporting industrial control devices such as drives, inverters, or servo systems
- Knowledge of machine operation, industrial sensors, and measurement devices
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience troubleshooting industrial robots and robotic production cells
- Knowledge of machine vision systems and vision system adjustments
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems used in manufacturing equipment
- Experience supporting highly automated production environments
- Experience leading equipment reliability or continuous improvement initiatives
