- You drive projects from concept through development, validation, industrialization and launch.

- You ensure clear project governance and transparent progress reporting.
- You facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
- You build strong relationships across functions, teams and countries.
- You own financial visibility across your project portfolio, with robust cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
- You bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- You continuously improve processes and ways of working together with the PMO department.
- You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the future rollout of NPDL.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?

- The ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
- Fluent English.
- A strong sense of ownership – you follow through on what you commit to.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

- A naturally organized, pragmatic and action-oriented way of working.
- The ability to build trust quickly and work effectively across different functions.
- The confidence to challenge assumptions and drive change.

- More energy for building and improving than for simply maintaining.
It's a plus if you also bring:
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy or solar.
- An engineering or technical background.
- International work experience.
- Dutch, German and/or Spanish language skills.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

- A bonus payment.
- Plenty of room for professional development – the organization invests in your growth.
- A free healthy lunch every day at the Deventer office.
- A laptop and cell phone.
