Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you! We have an exciting opportunity to support tax accounting processes within an international SAP S/4HANA environment. The role will act as the key liaison between Finance Operations, local markets and central SAP teams, ensuring tax compliance and the successful implementation of local requirements within global templates. RESPONSABILITIES: * Act as the main point of contact for SAP FI Tax-related topics, coordinating Finance Operations, local business units and central teams. * Gather, analyze and validate local tax and compliance requirements and translate them into functional requirements. * Support SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) processes, including electronic document processing and statutory reporting. * Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes and define system change requirements according to business priorities. * Ensure local tax requirements are correctly integrated into global SAP templates and aligned with central accounting guidelines. * Coordinate integration with other workstreams, including Invoice Verification, Purchasing and Logistics. * Support implementation activities, monitor progress and coordinate/escalate issues with relevant stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant working with SAP FI processes. * Strong experience in SAP FI Tax Accounting within S/4HANA environments. * Solid knowledge of tax processes, compliance requirements and financial accounting. * Functional experience with SAP DRC, including statutory reporting and electronic document processing. * Experience in requirements engineering, process analysis and business process transformation. * Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating multiple teams and international markets. * Understanding of IFRS/accounting principles, Chart of Accounts and posting logic. NICE TO HAVE: * Professional background in Finance, Accounting or Auditing. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Business Blueprints, User Stories and Demand Management.
