Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead the next phase of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation for a complex industrial organisation. This is a business-led, greenfield programme spanning design, implementation, go-live, ramp-up and stabilisation, with an initial focus on the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and related supply chain, procurement and production-adjacent functions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and related engineering field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Programme Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle—from initial process design through implementation, cross-functional integration, testing, deployment, change management, and stabilisation—while proactively managing scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Coordinate diverse business functions, SMEs, digital teams, vendors, and steering committees through interactive workshops to drive organizational alignment, build user adoption, and present progress and strategic recommendations.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 10+ years leading complex ERP implementation programmes or large-scale business process transformation.
• Experience across multiple business functions, designing and implementing processes end-to-end.
• Order-to-Cash, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics or similar operational process expertise.
• Background in manufacturing, process industry, heavy industry, energy, chemicals or mining; metals/steel experience is a plus.
• Delivery governance — managing implementation partners, risks, dependencies and testing activities.
• Solid grasp of enterprise IT: architecture, integration platforms, software development and testing.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure in greenfield environments.
• SAP S/4HANA exposure is advantageous but not essential.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership — able to make decisions and orchestrate experts and stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at C-level and with end users.
• Proven change management capability that drives alignment and adoption.
• Adaptability and resilience when facilitating decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
