About the role
We are looking for two motivated Working Students (m/f/d) to join our Global Learning & Transformation team in Berlin. While both positions are part of the same team, they offer distinct focus areas: Learning & Development (L&D) and HR Transformation Projects . In either role, you will contribute to initiatives that support employee development, engagement and organisational effectiveness across SEFE's international business.
How you'll make an impact
Position 1: Learning & Development (L&D)
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors Learning platform.
- Coordinate virtual and classroom-based training programmes, including participant communications, registrations and evaluations.
- Provide operational support for global learning initiatives, workshops and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external trainers and service providers to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Collect and analyse participant feedback and learning data to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas that enhance employee learning experiences and increase engagement with development opportunities.
Position 2: HR Transformation Projects
- Support the delivery of global HR and transformation initiatives across a diverse project portfolio.
- Contribute to projects such as employee engagement surveys, DE&I initiatives, AI-related projects, employer branding activities and HR system implementations.
- Assist with stakeholder communications, project updates, presentations and reporting.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate project activities, meetings and follow-up actions across multiple workstreams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute innovative ideas that support organisational change. Your profile and mindset
- Currently enrolled (matriculated) at a recognised university in Germany and able to maintain student status throughout your employment.
- Studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Communications, Organisational Development, Project Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required; German language skills are beneficial.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
