Data Analyst

Guesty is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that support smarter business and marketing decisions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build meaningful reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from marketing and business channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Investigate performance variances and provide insights into business and campaign performance.
• Support the development and improvement of analytics processes and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and analyses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with data.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with marketing or SaaS data is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
