Guesty is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that support smarter business and marketing decisions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build meaningful reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from marketing and business channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate performance variances and provide insights into business and campaign performance.
- Support the development and improvement of analytics processes and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and analyses.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with data.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with marketing or SaaS data is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
