Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Oversight: lead daily briefings to assign tasks, inspect room cleanliness, and ensure quality standards. Respond promptly to guest requests, while overseeing the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: manage staff schedules, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Maintain strong communication with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently
• Logistics & Reporting: supervise laundry services, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Complete end-of-day reports and ensure smooth handovers for the following day.
• Training & Continuous Improvement: organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing development. Plan and execute deep cleaning rotations to maintain high standards across all areas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Language: English: min B1
• Proven leadership experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in facility services or commercial cleaning
• Strong management skills, capable of motivating and leading diverse teams
• Decisive and problem-solving abilities in dynamic work environments
• Expertise in cleaning techniques, best practices, and industry regulations
• Flexibility to work outside traditional hours and travel as needed
