Your Task

Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow, and successfully navigate change? We are looking for an experienced and engaging Trainer – Change & Adoption to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning and development initiatives for employees, managers, and customers.

In this role, you will take ownership of planning and facilitating training programs, workshops, and learning journeys while ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer and measurable learning outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to create practical qualification concepts that support transformation and business success.

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions
• Facilitate workshops, training courses, and interactive learning formats
• Communicate technical, methodological, and process-related knowledge to diverse target groups
• Support participants throughout learning initiatives and development programs
• Conduct learning assessments, feedback sessions, and knowledge checks
• Ensure sustainable transfer of learning into daily practice

Learning Design & Development

• Design, develop, and continuously improve training concepts and learning paths
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and e-learning content
• Analyze learning and qualification needs and translate them into effective development measures

Introduce innovative learning methods and modern instructional approaches

• Ensure training content remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Advise business units and specialist departments on learning and development solutions
• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to develop target group-specific training programs
• Support change and transformation initiatives through tailored qualification measures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Quality Assurance

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement actions
• Analyze participant feedback and learning metrics
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Continuously optimize existing learning offerings and qualification programs

Your Profile

• Proven experience in delivering professional training, workshops, or learning programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience designing and developing training concepts, learning paths, or qualification programs

Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and adult learning principles

• Excellent communication, moderation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of learning initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on learning effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Communication skills in German and English on C1 level
