Job Description:
Contribute to the execution of Secure Power Division's global People Strategy by coordinating talent management processes and initiatives, leadership development programs, and strategic HR projects. Partner with the Global HR Team and key business stakeholders to strengthen leadership capabilities, develop talent pipelines, enhance employee development, and support critical people decisions across the organization. **What will you do?**Talent Management programs and initiatives
- Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global talent programs aimed at developing future leaders and critical talent populations across Secure Power.
- Support the development and career progression of key talent communities, including Enterprise Capabilities Fast Track (ECFT), Electrifiers, and Global Top Talents (GTP).
- Support deployment of the New Company Program and culture transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership programs and promote awareness of Talent Philosophy across the organization.
Global Talent Management processes
- Coordinate Global Talent Reviews and People Committees with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust succession plans for critical roles.
HR Projects and Strategic Initiatives
- Support internal communications on People topics in line with the HR calendar.
- Deliver people analytics, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making, organizational effectiveness, talent management, inclusion, and care initiatives.
- Organize talent development events, including roundtables, workshops, and engagement sessions.
- Support other HR projects according to business needs and changes in the environment.
What qualifications will make you successful?* Master's degree in HR or Social Sciences, with an ambition to develop a career in HR.
- Previous experience in an HR-related role through internships, apprenticeships, or professional experience.
- Experience living or travelling abroad and enthusiasm for international experience.
- Demonstrated interest in talent management, leadership development, and career development.

- HR project coordination with global stakeholders and external partners.
- Talent and people analytics; proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and HR systems.
- Strong English communication skills, including communication with senior audiences.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Adaptability, learning agility, continuous improvement mindset, humility, collaboration, proactivity, and teamwork.
