We are building a new global Digital Engineering organization from the ground up - in this role, you will be at the core of transforming how our development organization builds software, enabling a future where much of the code is generated, orchestrated, or automated - not written manually.
In this role, you will apply your deep software engineering experience to redefine how we build and operate software at scale - covering architecture, automated testing, continuous delivery, and runtime operations. You will leverage agentic engineering (AI) to our workflows, enabling efficient development, faster releases, improved software quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of software solutions, from architecture to deployment.
- Rapidly develop and deliver next-generation engineering tools using agentic engineering (AI).
- Own, build, and improve digital engineering applications to enable the engineering community to move faster with higher quality.
- Define and implement software engineering best practices
- Collaborate Across Engineering Disciplines to understand their needs and to translate them into digital solutions.
- Act as a technical role model and sparring partner for colleagues who want to leverage modern software and AI capabilities in their daily work.
- Keep track of trends, drive experiments with new development methodologies and practices, and help scale those that prove valuable.
We expect you to have
- Master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience gained through work and extensive years of experience.
- Proven track record of developing software products from concept to production, with a few years in a lead or senior role.
- Experience and strong interest in agentic engineering, AI and machine learning development, including integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, can-do mindset.
- Practical experience with modern cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines and CI/CD setups.
- Solid programming skills and hands-on experience with modern programming languages. Our current stack includes Python, C++, TypeScript.
- Demonstrated habit of running own side projects or private initiatives exploring new software technologies, tools or methodologies.
- Ability to move fast, work with ambiguity, and take ownership from problem to solution.
