As Creator Partnerships Manager, you own Crytek's influencer and creator program across the portfolio, reporting to the Head of Communication & PR.

You build the creator network, run the partnerships and activations, and make sure creators are integrated into our campaigns rather than bolted onto them.

What You'll Do* + Own creator and influencer strategy across all titles + Build and maintain the creator network, from long-term partners to campaign-specific activations + Negotiate and manage creator partnerships and contracts + Plan and deliver creator activations around launches and live beats + Measure creator performance and report on impact + Integrate creators into wider marketing, community and PR plans + Manage creator budgets What You Bring* + 5+ years in creator, influencer or talent partnerships, ideally in games + Established creator relationships and network + Deal negotiation and contract management experience + Activation planning and delivery track record + Performance measurement literacy + Excellent communication skills in English + Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany
