Your activities
As Group Controller, you will be involved in the financial activities of both national and international entities across the Ausnutria Group. From our production sites in the Netherlands to international sales offices, subsidiaries, and joint ventures, you will gain broad exposure to a dynamic global organization. While the consolidation process is fully automated, your role is to critically review the figures, identify trends and deviations, and discuss your analyses with Controllers across our worldwide operations.
You will work closely with the Team Lead and Senior Controller on a variety of projects that support Ausnutria’s continued growth from a finance perspective. Whether it is improving financial processes, enhancing reporting structures, or driving automation and innovation initiatives, you will play an active role in the further development of the Finance organization. This is a diverse and challenging position that offers plenty of opportunities to make an impact while continuing to develop your own expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Further develop and improve the budgeting and rolling forecast process together with the team;
- Contribute to the development of accounting standards, management information systems, and the maintenance of the accounting manual;
- Support statutory and financial reporting requirements in accordance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS;
- Participate in and support internal and external audit processes;
- Contribute to projects focused on further automation, digitalization, and innovation within Finance.
Our team
As a Group Controller, you will be part of the Group & Holding Control team: a team of specialists where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key. You will report to the Manager Group & Holding Control and act as Ausnutria’s specialist in the field of Consolidation & Reporting.
Ausnutria is an international dairy company focused on producing high-quality infant and children’s nutrition based on goat and cow milk. Nearly 900 colleagues in the Netherlands contribute to this mission every day. Our products are manufactured in Kampen, Leeuwarden, and Heerenveen and sold worldwide through our own sales offices and distributors. From our headquarters in Zwolle, where approximately 200 colleagues are based, we support our growing international organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Dutch Finance team as well as colleagues in China and other international entities.
You are the fit if
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics;
- At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably gained within an accounting firm;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- You are fluent in English and any additional language is a plus;
- A sharp analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in financial data;
- The ambition to further develop yourself in a broad role within an international listed company;
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in taking ownership of projects;
- A collaborative mindset, knowing when to seek support and involve others;
- Experience working in an international environment.
Rewards & benefits
- A salary between €4.650,00 and €6.600,00 gross per month (based on a fulltime workweek), depending on your knowledge and experience;
