Hairstylist

ViBeauty Salon is looking for an experienced Hair Stylist to join our international team in the heart of Rotterdam.

We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys working with different clients and wants to become part of a friendly and supportive beauty team.

What we are looking for

We would ideally like you to have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a hair stylist/hairdresser
• Experience with women’s and men’s haircuts
• Experience with hair colouring
• Experience with advanced colouring techniques such as balayage, highlights, colour correction or similar is a strong advantage
• Experience with beard trimming and styling is a plus
• Experience with hair treatments and care procedures
• Experience with keratin treatments and hair Botox is a big plus
• At least a conversational level of English to communicate with clients and the team
• Dutch, Russian and/or Ukrainian are a plus, but not required

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, client-oriented and passionate about their work.

This makes the salon easily accessible for your clients and also means that you can enjoy being in the middle of the city before, after or between appointments.

Flexible earning model

We mainly work on a commission-based system, so your income depends on your schedule, number of working days/hours and appointments.

The salary range shown on Indeed should therefore be considered an estimate rather than a fixed salary. The exact conditions and commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

If you already have your own client base, we can also offer the possibility of renting a workspace/chair instead. We are happy to discuss which arrangement works best for you.
