Proposal Writer

Responsibilities:

Perform initial reviews of incoming RFP, RFI, and DDQ requests to determine level of effort and identify any firm-specific requirements
Coordinate the end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Coordinate RFP/RFI kick-off calls between Sales/Client-Facing Teams and Subject Matter Experts
Draft and populate responses using the team's standard content library, tailoring language to meet client-specific requirements
Liaise with product and functional SMEs to obtain reviews, clarifications, and additional content
Partner with Client-Facing Teams to identify and incorporate client-specific insights
Facilitate internal review processes and ensure all responses receive appropriate approvals
Ensure final deliverables are professionally formatted, polished, and client-ready prior to submission
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the standard content library
Support ad hoc requests from colleagues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
3–5 years of experience writing technical or client-facing proposals
Knowledge of financial institutions and asset managers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Native-level English proficiency with strong writing skills
Excellent proofreading and copy-editing abilities
Excellent collaboration and project management skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Qvidian
