Tasks

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, scheduling and logistics-related questions
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Handle customer inquiries related to delays, delivery appointments and shipment updates
  • Support the daily management of international deliveries across multiple markets
  • Monitor delivery performance and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with customer care, sales, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
  • Support the improvement and documentation of logistics processes and workflows
  • Handle logistics-related escalations and ensure timely solutions for customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • First professional experience in logistics, transportation, customer operations or a similar field
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with logistics providers, carriers or delivery processes
  • Ability to analyze problems, coordinate solutions and follow issues through to completion
  • Organized and structured working style with attention to detail
  • Interest in e-commerce logistics and international operations
  • Fluent language proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in an e-commerce
  • Background in customer support, order management or delivery operations
  • Familiarity with transportation or logistics systems
  • Additional language skills such as French, Polish or German
  • Experience handling international customers or logistics partners
