Audens Group is a leading company in the food industry and Spain’s largest manufacturer of frozen croquettes, cannelloni, lasagna, breaded chicken, and nuggets. We are currently looking for a Production Shift Manager to join our industrial plant in Roales del Pan, Zamora, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the production team throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and with quality and food safety standards.
- Manage operational incidents in coordination with the Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments.
- Analyze shift performance indicators and drive improvement actions.
- Promote continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing) and initiatives to reduce waste and production losses.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams in an industrial production environment.
- A strong track record of working in demanding environments with a high level of operational responsibility.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts.
- University degree or equivalent solid professional experience.
