WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You will join our team to work on systems engineering and verification activities for satellite control centres, contributing to projects for customers such as ESA and EUSPA and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, customers and subcontractors in a European environment.
Your work will focus on supporting the proper management of requirements and their associated verification activities throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability between requirements, evidence and results and ensuring consistency across project documentation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to requirements management and monitoring, ensuring their identification, traceability, review and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring verification activities, maintaining traceability between requirements, evidence and results.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation and contributing to project status and monitoring reports.
- Coordinating technical activities across different disciplines, customers and subcontractors, supporting an integrated view of project progress.
- Participating in formal reviews and project milestones, such as CDR, FAT, SAT or QR, and following up on the resulting actions.
- Supporting reviews and audits and contributing to the continuous improvement of the engineering processes, methodologies and tools used within the project.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for professionals with a university degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field, interested in developing their career in systems engineering, requirements management and space systems verification.
You should be comfortable working with requirements, technical documentation and structured processes, together with strong organisational, communication, information analysis and teamwork skills.
We will also value previous experience and knowledge in:
- Requirements management and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verification and validation processes.
- Quality assurance, document management, technical coordination or project monitoring.
- Quality management systems and regulated or high-criticality environments.
- Project and document management tools, data and KPI analysis, and automation of monitoring activities using
- Python, Excel, AI or similar tools.
- You will also need a level of English that enables you to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with customers, teams and external organisations across Europe.
