JD: Windchill Administrator responsible for installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and environment management of PTC Windchill PLM systems across multiple environments. Experienced in Windchill rehosting, CPC activities, Windchill upgrades, WinDU/WinRU utilities, and Linux OS patching.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support PTC Windchill PLM environments across Development, Test, QA, and Production environments.
- Perform Windchill rehosting activities, including environment preparation, configuration updates, data migration/validation, and post-rehost verification.
- Execute CPC (Clone/Production Copy) activities and environment refreshes as per project requirements.
- Perform Windchill patch updates, including installation and validation of PTC patches and maintenance releases.
- Perform Windchill version upgrades, including pre-upgrade assessment, upgrade execution, post-upgrade validation, and troubleshooting.
- Execute WinDU (Windchill Diagnostic Utility) for system diagnostics and identify configuration/data issues.
- Execute WinRU (Windchill Repair Utility) to address and repair identified Windchill issues. Key Responsibilities
