Junior Collection Specialist with German

Miejsce pracy: Poznań What will the daily duties consist of:
- Proactive customer interaction incl. management and establishment of (new) client relationships
- Oversee accurate and timely cash application and debt collection processes
- Actively managing overdue receivables through close contact with main customers, issuing of dunning letters, reminder e-
mails
- Responsible for escalations of unpaid receivables
- Effective cooperation with internal customers e.g. Branch and Sales Managers, Finance
- Prepare reports on overdue receivables, bad debts, and collection outcomes
- Proficient operation of cash collection software
What do you need to prove yourself in this position?
- First experience in the financial area
- Knowledge of the English & German language at min. B2 level
- Knowledge of M365 tools (Excel, Power Point, Teams)
- Very good communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience within international company
- Openness to learning new processes and continuous improvement
