Your career in a new light

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of our digital product data. You will combine technical expertise with precise modeling and ensure a future-oriented data foundation through the continuous maintenance of our BIM content in a dynamic environment.

Your job:

Creation of complex parametric Revit lighting product families

Development and implementation of structured product type catalogs for Revit families

Export and post-processing of .dwg, .3ds and .obj file formats from existing .rfa models

Reading and interpreting of technical drawings as well as installation and mounting instructions

Translation of product features and functionalities into high-quality, application-oriented .rfa files

Ongoing maintenance, optimization and updating of product libraries and BIM content on XAL.com and BIMobject.com

Qualifications and skills:

Completed technical education or a comparable professional background

Solid understanding of BIM concepts and workflows

Excellent knowledge of Revit Family Editor

Proficiency in CAD tools such as Rhinoceros and AutoCAD

Experience in the lighting industry is considered an advantage

Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic work environment
