Process Transformation Manager – Global Rewards
Function: PEOPLE
Fulltime: 40 hours per week

What will you do as Process Transformation Manager?
As the Process Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, process transformation and digitalisation across Global Rewards. You will lead the design, standardisation and continuous improvement of Rewards processes, systems and data flows, ensuring high-quality, efficient and scalable service delivery across HEINEKEN.
Working closely with Global Rewards experts, People teams across our OpCos, technology teams and external partners, you will translate business needs into effective processes, solutions and projects that enable better decision-making and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Process Transformation
- Process Management: Manage and continuously improve central Global Rewards operational processes, data flows, working procedures and communications to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficiency.
- Standardisation & Automation: Lead the standardisation and automation of Compensation processes for non-senior management populations, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working.
- MyHR Compensation: Lead the development and implementation of the Compensation module within MyHR, including guidance, training and resources for OpCo People/Rewards teams and line managers.
- Rewards Operations: Oversee key recurring Rewards processes, including Annual Salary Review, Annual STI, LTIP administration support and Global Mobility payroll processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through technology, automation, data and process optimisation.
Reporting, Data & Analytics
- Data & Reporting: Lead the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for Global Rewards stakeholders and external vendor partners.
- Analytics: Lead the Rewards Analysts and Systems Specialist in supporting colleagues with data flows, analysis and complex calculations across Rewards focus areas.
- Decision Support: Translate data and trends into actionable insights to support Rewards processes, management decision-making and future planning.
- Data Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of Rewards data and reporting across relevant processes and systems.
Rewards Project Management
- Project Leadership: Define and execute plans for Global Rewards projects, working closely with Rewards experts and relevant stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Identify project needs, objectives, resources, milestones and deadlines and ensure effective execution from design through to implementation.
- Analysis & Insights: Lead activities such as policy benchmarking, feasibility studies, data analysis, trend analysis and projections to inform project decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate multiple stakeholders and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered effectively and generate sustainable business value.
People Leadership
- Team Leadership: Operationally lead and motivate the Global Rewards support team, creating clarity on priorities, responsibilities and expected outcomes.
- Capability Development: Identify and develop capabilities within the team, providing coaching and opportunities for continuous learning.
- Workload Management: Plan and prioritise team workload to balance recurring operational activities with project delivery and transformation priorities.
Experience & Profile (what & how)
What:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data, Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Work Experience: Significant experience in Reward, HR operations, HR transformation, HR systems, process management, analytics or a related field, ideally within a complex multinational organisation.
- Process Transformation: Demonstrated experience in process standardisation, optimisation, automation and/or digital transformation.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from design through to implementation.
- Rewards Expertise: Strong understanding of Compensation and Rewards processes, ideally including salary review, incentive processes and/or global mobility.
- Data & Systems: Experience working with HR systems, data flows, reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- International Exposure: Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment with multiple stakeholders, markets and business priorities.
- People Leadership: Experience leading, developing and motivating a team and managing competing operational and project priorities.
