Here is what the job entails
As our Senior Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of flow measurement technology. Working closely with specialists in signal processing and measurement science, you will define and develop hardware solutions that enable industry-leading measurement performance.
More specifically, you will be:
- Defining requirements and architecture for next-generation flow meters
- Driving technical decisions from concept to production
- Collaborating with external ASIC design partners while working closely with specialists in signal processing and measurement technology
- Translating measurement principles into robust hardware solutions
- Supporting verification, validation, and product integration

You will report directly to the Director of Meters and become part of a highly specialized development environment. Your closest teammates will be an expert in signal processing and a physicist specializing in measurement technology, giving you a unique opportunity to work where hardware, algorithms, and physics converge. At the same time, you will be surrounded by a larger team with colleagues from various backgrounds who share a common passion for solving complex technical challenges. We are looking for an experienced hardware engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and turning ideas into robust solutions. You are naturally curious, seek to understand the underlying principles behind a problem, and thrive when collaborating with specialists across multiple disciplines to create the best possible solution.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Have extensive experience with hardware development.
- Thrive when working closely with specialists from multiple technical domains
- Combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience with measurement systems, sensor technologies, mixed-signal electronics, or semiconductor development is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
