Join us as an EHS Manager within Grid Technologies Service, where you will play a pivotal role in driving Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) excellence across the Nordic region. Imagine leading initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and foster a robust safety culture within our service operations. You will engage with operational management to identify risks, prevent incidents, and maintain safe working environments for all employees and contractors. Your contributions will not only enhance safety but also support our commitment to sustainability and innovation in the energy sector. How You’ll Make an Impact
You will develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with local legislation and Siemens Energy requirements. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across the Nordic region through regular workplace inspections and safety audits. Lead investigations of incidents and near misses, conducting root cause analyses and tracking corrective actions to enhance safety measures. Promote a proactive safety culture by delivering EHS training programs and supporting competency development across the organization. Act as the primary EHS point of contact for internal stakeholders and external authorities, integrating EHS requirements into daily operations and project execution. What You Bring
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Significant experience in EHS management within industrial, energy, engineering, construction, or field service environments. Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, risk management, and incident investigation methodologies, with experience in high-risk work environments. Preferred certifications include Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or NEBOSH Diploma. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Who is Siemens Energy?
