As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our global Compliance team, you will support our the team in the design and implementation of projects from a technical perspective, making a valuable contribution to the team's success and the company’s Compliance culture and processes.

About the role

You have a keen interest in designing and implementing digital formats which support ongoing and upcoming projects within the Compliance team

You identify and implement sustainable, user-friendly IT solutions for the simplification/automatization/standardisation of existing processes.

Support risk analyses and the further development of internal control systems.

Prepare compliance reports, presentations, decision papers and training materials.

Support the implementation of digital and AI-based tools as well as compliance-related use cases, especially for standardising, automating and visualising processes.

Maintenance of already automated processes, by ensuring a sustainable long-term viability.

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team at Group level.

Job requirements and experience

You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) of a technical area, business administration, business law or a comparable field

You have high ethical standards and want to effectively contribute to the development of a compliance culture within RWE

You feel confident handling MS Office and O365 Apps, and learn quickly new IT tools. First experiences with Power Automat and Power BI are beneficial

You work analytically, in a structured and pragmatic way, learn quickly and think in a solution-oriented manner.

You bring team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoy working independently.

You enjoy working in an international company at the core of the energy transition, with colleagues with different cultural and professional backgrounds

You are creative and understand the challenges and opportunities of Legal Tech for non-technical teams

You bring a high level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills

You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent way

You speak and write business fluent english, german is a plus
