We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a fully remote opportunity in Portugal. Your Role
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear and professional information about products and services
- Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently and accurately
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide effective, solution-oriented support
- Create positive customer experiences and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with an international team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Italian, both written and spoken
- Very good English skills for internal communication and training
- Previous experience in customer support or customer care is preferred (at least 6 months)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high sense of responsibility
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems and tools
- An interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
