Twój zakres obowiązków

• Managing Business Development projects related to the acquisition of new licensed products,
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential business partners and products for collaboration,
• Obtaining and analyzing proposals from domestic and international suppliers,
• Participating in business negotiations and leading the negotiation of licensing and supply agreements,
• Coordinating new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams involved in the implementation process,
• Organizing and leading regular project meetings while monitoring the execution of cross-functional activities,
• Preparing analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations to support portfolio development,
• Cooperating with domestic and international partners and building long-term business relationships,
• Participating in conferences, trade fairs, and industry events, representing the company during business meetings, including delivering presentations.

Nasze wymagania

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred fields: Pharmacy, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline),
• Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory),
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Procurement, Product Marketing, or a related field,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge,
• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy,
• High level of commitment and openness to new challenges.
