The Opportunity:
One of our key ambitions is to get faster and leaner, and to move closer to the customer. Our Common Shared Services Finance department is providing internal services to Customers located both in the EMEA Region and Globally. To strengthen our General Accounting, we are looking for a reliable Specialist who can support team in daily basis. As Reporting team, we offer you additionally a broad view of many processes in our company as end users, which allows you to apply theoretical aspects related to accounting in a practical way. How You'll Make an Impact:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local accounting principles.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with AP, AR, GA, and Front Office teams to gather financial data and ensure proper accounting classification.

Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and participate in finance-related projects as required.

Develop, implement, and support improvements in accounting processes and procedures to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor changes in accounting regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Actively contribute to operational excellence and process development initiatives within the General Accounting team, fostering effective cooperation and planning. Your Background:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting, preferably within a multinational company.

Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tagetik, Blackline) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
