Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Client Focused Vantage Analyst within BCG's Transactions & Integrations (T&I) practice, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets on M&A, Integrations/PMI and Separations/Carve-out projects. You will play an active role in embedding AI capabilities into how we work - leveraging and helping build products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise.

You will support client cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help BCG create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design and develop solutions.

You will support commercialization efforts for our topics working with our business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights into proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Vantage Analyst, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business, deliver customized knowledge assets, analyses, and expert advisory to BCG case and proposal teams, and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

The Transactions & Integrations business is one of BCG’s largest topics and fastest growing practices. With more than 300 M&A, transactions, and post-merger integration professionals worldwide, we help both corporate and private equity clients execute deals efficiently and, more importantly, maximize value creation. Over the past ten years, we have supported more than 7,000 transactions with a market value of more than $5 trillion.

Our practice supports businesses with end-to-end transaction excellence, including strategic decision making in mergers and acquisitions, preparing and executing divestitures and joint ventures, supporting IPOs and spinoffs, and creating winning strategies for post-merger integration. We support our clients to create value from transactions, from beginning to end. T&I interfaces closely with industry and other functional practices and has an important mandate with respect to content development, go-to-market, team building, and marketing.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
