We are now involved on an absolutely new captivating project, the series 'Messi and the Giants', produced by Sony Music Vision, Sony Pictures Television Kids and Leo Messi Management, and broadcasted by Disney**.** An epic saga where a young boy named Leo is transported from his home in Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe.

Job Description
Atlantis Animation is looking for a Postproduction Assistant to support our Compositing, Editorial, Sound and Mastering teams as episodes move through final delivery. You'll be the connective tissue of the department — keeping the tracker accurate, deliverables organized, and communication flowing between postproduction, production management and our international partners.
Location : Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain)
Type of contract: Full-time Employee. 100% On-Site
Main Responsibilities:
- Keep shot- and episode-level status boards (Compositing, Edit, Sound, Mastering) accurate and up to date in the production tracker.
- Coordinate handoffs between Compositing and the Editorial, Sound and Mastering teams.
- Prepare and quality-check playlists and deliverables before they go out to clients.
- Support the Production Manager with day-to-day scheduling, prioritization and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized archives of approved materials, versions and notes.
- Log client and director notes and make sure they reach the right team promptly.
- Help monitor render farm / job queue reports and flag issues to the appropriate lead.
- Provide general administrative support to the postproduction department.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a production or postproduction assistant role — animation, VFX, or film/TV preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Comfortable with production tracking tools (ShotGrid, Ftrack, or similar).
- Strong communication skills in English
- Able to manage multiple episodes and deadlines at once without losing track of details.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude — happy to jump in and help solve problems as they come up.
