In the role of Country Pricing Manager at Dustin, you are responsible for the commercial performance in your designated country. This is a hands-on role, with a clear focus on execution. You drive pricing related actions on a daily basis to achieve sales and profit targets. You will be one of the main players in connecting our local teams with category management and ecommerce specialists.
You will form part of a team of highly skilled pricing professionals who constantly work to further refine Dustin’s cutting-edge pricing capabilities with the latest technologies available. My name is Joakim Stålebrink; I am Head of Country Commercial Management at Dustin and the recruiter for this position. You will be part of the Country Commercial & Pricing team in the Online Sales function.
Overall tasks and responsibilities
- Plan and take actions to drive Dustin’s online sales, margins and customer intake in your designated country.
- Proactively monitor, forecast and act on transactional sales performance with both a local and European market perspective
- Ensure the most attractive and profitable online offer within the local country
- Define, measure and follow-up KPIs related to Dustin’s online sales performance.
- Monitor the local competitive landscape and provide insights into the organization
- Be the bridge between the local organization and the group functions to enable scalability and local adaptation
- Secure the right systems and process support to maximize the transactional business together with other stakeholders
- Secure that the pricing team make use of current best practices.
In this role you will work in close collaboration with group and local level employees with different roles – and we therefore put high emphasis on your personal skills and ability to build relationships and trust. You will communicate on all levels, from close colleagues to senior Dustin management teams. For us, it’s important that you are a team player.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar
- Curious, self-motivated and hands-on personality with high communication skills and eager to learn
- Strong commercial mindset and interest – you enjoy doing good business
- Strong analytical skills and interest in working with large sets of data – you are data driven
- Project management capabilities are a merit
- Experience from working with ecommerce or retail is a merit
- SQL, Databricks, generative AI experience is a merit
