Your Task

• Monitor and analyze the customer's purchase path in the T-Mobile online store and identify errors and areas that require optimization.
• Ongoing care for the proper functioning of OneShop — verification of the presentation of offers, products, prices and the operation of individual stages of the purchasing process.
• Analysis of user behavior and e-commerce results and monitoring of key indicators of the effectiveness of the purchase path.
• Identify technical and business issues in online processes, analyze them, and coordinate requests and corrections with technology teams.
• Testing of new functionalities and changes before and after implementation, including verification of the correct operation of processes in test and production environments.
• Preparation of analyzes, reports and recommendations regarding the optimization of the customer journey, conversion and the functioning of the online store.
• Control of the correctness of data and content presented in digital channels, including offers, devices, prices and promotional mechanisms.
• Support and update of configuration and content in CMS systems and tools supporting e-commerce.
• Support the implementation of new offers, devices and functionalities and ensuring their correct presentation and operation throughout the purchasing process.
• Close collaboration with IT, UX, product, sales and eCommerce teams in the development and optimization of the T-Mobile online store.

Your Profile

• Interest in eCommerce, online sales and digital marketing
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
• Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions from data
• Accuracy and good organization of work
• Independence and punctuality in the implementation of assigned tasks
• An additional advantage will be knowledge of graphic programs
