Supply Chain Officer with Spanish (f/m)

• Analyzing purchase requisitions and managing purchase orders
• Supporting export control and licensing processes
• Managing material sales, substitutions, and related order flows
• Handling processes related to sales orders, stock transfers, and returns
• Coordinating delivery dates and monitoring deliveries
• Managing disputes and preparing regular reports
• Working closely with internal focal points and front-office teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and provide updates
• Monitoring and optimizing stock levels using SAP
• Maintaining process documentation and following established standards and methodologies
• Organizing, facilitating, and participating in meetings
• Communicating directly with suppliers and clients as part of day-to-day operations
• Meeting agreed service levels and individual performance targets
• Ensuring high efficiency and quality across assigned processes
• Identifying process gaps and suggesting opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with clients via phone and email
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Flexibility in managing multiple and ad-hoc tasks
• Previous experience or an educational background in procurement, logistics, or Supply Chain will be an advantage
• Experience in customer-facing positions or negotiations is a plus
• Spanish at C1 level and English at minimum B2 level – both languages are essential for daily communication
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
