We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Business and Functional Specialists for our country squads in Core Payments Platform Tribe. You are excited about analysis and have a deep understanding of business and functional needs, agile methodologies and techniques, as well as their practical application.

What you will be doing

You will be working in an environment where we take the agile mind-set seriously and where you have a possibility to make a difference and leave a mark if you find situations where we could do better.

By joining our team, you will play an important role in:

• Developing and refining requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of technical solutions. This is done by translating the business or the respective function needs into clear objectives and requirements.
• You will also help calibrate squad user stories with stakeholder input, including input from specific countries and market representatives , and you will have a role in testing.
• Your role will be to transform business needs into user stories in close collaboration with your squad and the Product Owner.
• You will role model high levels of integrity and are proactive in how to resolve challenges. You put strong emphasis on collaboration and know how to balance different perspectives finding the optimal solution.

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for a curious and experienced Business and Functional Specialist to join our country squads. Preferably knowledge within the payment domain and understand payments from a clearing and country-specific perspective. You are located in Denmark, with the office based in central Copenhagen.

Preferably, you have knowledge of payment/clearing schemes and country-specific payment requirements. We are striving for diverse teams with a strong mix of experience, nationalities and genders.

To be more precise, we expect that you have:

• Business Analyst experience or similar
• Collaborative mind-set – you enjoy working together with developers and different stakeholders’ cross countries for a common understanding.
• Structured way of working – you have a methodical approach, understand the value of capturing knowledge and you like documenting what is relevant in English.
• Agile mind-set – you understand and work with agile processes vs. waterfall.
• Customer oriented – you always think about impact for customers and end-users.
• Ability to work in a shifting environment, handling multiple tasks at the same time and work with hard deadlines.
