About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international banking project supporting data and reporting processes across Risk, Finance and Asset & Liability Management/Treasury (ALM-T).

You will connect business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure reliable data production, effective operational controls and successful reporting enhancements. The role combines application administration and support, testing and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial closing calendars and manage reference data.
• Monitor and control data production, including reporting flows and data loading.
• Provide first-level support to end-users.
• Maintain operational, technical and functional documentation.
• Execute ongoing operational controls.
• Support project management activities and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Define, execute and validate test plans.
• Prepare validation statements, release notes and data model documentation.
• Support changes to reporting interfaces and reference data applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting, Finance or another relevant field.
• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, specifically in administration and support.
• Proven experience in test plan definition, execution and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and adapt communication to different stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and client focus, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Previous banking experience.
• French language skills.

Ideal Profile

You are a detail-oriented Business Analyst who enjoys working with data, reporting and application support. You combine practical SQL and Power BI skills with testing experience and can work effectively with both business and technical teams.

You are comfortable monitoring production activities, coordinating deadlines and maintaining clear documentation while supporting improvements to financial and risk reporting processes.
