A 36m SY is seeking a Chief Stew to join by the 30th Oct 2026 in Savannah, GA.

The Chief Stew will lead and train a Second Stewardess during guest trips, while operating as Sole Stewardess when guests are not onboard. This role requires someone equally comfortable delivering polished guest service and managing the yacht’s day-to-day interior independently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service background. Food and wine knowledge, cocktail preparation and interior maintenance skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality.

The Chief Stewardess will work closely with the galley to coordinate meal service and will be responsible for maintaining consistently high standards throughout the yacht.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and enthusiastic, with at least two years’ experience in a similar position aboard yachts of a comparable size. Previous leadership experience and the ability to train and manage a junior team member are strongly preferred.

• Salary: DOE with increase after a successful 3 month trial
• 13th-month bonus after one year onboard
• Leave: 3.2 days accrued per month
• One return flight home per year
• STCW, ENG1 and Food Hygiene Level 2 required
